The production and packaging of frozen products are made in factories with very low temperatures: for this reason our machines are designed to work even in particular environmental conditions, keeping their features of precision and reliability.
Besides there is the need to keep very limited times for the packaging process, in order not to compromise the integrity of the frozen products: for this reason we study product feeding methods in order to limit the thermal shock and to garantee optimal packaging conditions.
Similarly, fresh products such as salads or other vegetables, require specific methods of weighing and packaging with particular attention to the time of exposure of the product which do not alter the integrity. The Martini machines are equipped with special devices for fresh products and devices for the modified atmosphere.
